Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 15 business days after posting.

It is important to note that we provide a tracking code for all products shipped with a tracking option. If tracking is not available on our site, you can access it on the following sites:

  • Global Cainiao
  • Correios

Please be aware that all our products are imported from Asia and Europe. Due to recent events such as the war in Ukraine, delays in delivery may occur.

We are not responsible if the product is not delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided at the time of purchase on our site.

Procedure After Delivery Deadline

If the estimated delivery time expires, we recommend that you contact Correios to check the reason for the delay. If they cannot locate your order, please contact us immediately at jettashopuk@gmail.com so we can check with our suppliers. If a logistical problem is confirmed, we will proceed with a full refund or reshipment of your purchase after verification.

Delivery Procedure

It is crucial that the delivery address registered in your order is accessible for delivery. After 3 documented failed delivery attempts, you will need to pick up the order at a nearby Correios agency. Storage fees may apply if the order is not picked up within 7 calendar days, varying according to the weight/volume of the product.

Customs Taxation

All products shipped from abroad are subject to customs taxation upon receipt. The fees amount to 60% of the purchase value or the value set by the Federal Revenue Service. In the case of taxation, the customer is responsible for paying the respective fee.

Postal Dispatch

In situations where postal dispatch is charged (R$15.00), the customer must pay the fee or contact us at jettashopuk@gmail.com so our team can arrange the payment.
