Any person, hereinafter referred to as "USER," who intends to use the services of JettaShop must accept these Terms of Use and all other governing policies and principles. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE IS ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSABLE FOR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES.

ELIGIBILITY TO REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE

3.3 JettaShop reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to identify its USERS and to request additional data and documents deemed pertinent to verify the personal data provided.
3.4 If JettaShop decides to check the veracity of a USER's registration data and finds incorrect or untruthful data, or if the USER refuses or fails to provide the requested documents, JettaShop may block the USER from purchasing or selecting products or services or temporarily suspend or permanently cancel the USER's registration, without prejudice to other necessary and appropriate measures.
3.5 If any of the above sanctions are applied, all selections made will be automatically canceled, and the USER will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for this reason.
3.6 The USER will access their account using their username and/or email and password, committing not to share these details with third parties and being fully responsible for their use.
3.7 The USER agrees to notify JettaShop immediately, using a secure method, of any unauthorized use of their account or third-party access. The USER is solely responsible for the operations carried out in their account, as access to it is only possible with the password, known only to the USER.
3.8 The transfer, sale, rental, or other form of account transfer is not allowed under penalty of cancellation for violation of JettaShop policies.
3.9 The USER expressly agrees that JettaShop and/or any of its partners may send the USER informative emails or SMS messages regarding specific communications related to the products and services provided or to be made available on the platform, as well as other commercial messages, such as offers from third parties affiliated with JettaShop and platform news. If the USER no longer wishes to receive such messages, they must request cancellation through the platform.
PAYMENT
4.1 Payments for purchases made by interested parties and contacts with USERS may be made through third-party companies, including the services of a company responsible for payment management.
4.2 JettaShop may not intervene in the results of the USER's relationship with the company responsible for payment management, as it manages its operations independently of JettaShop , leaving it to the company to limit or expand the possibilities of intervention that JettaShop can exercise over this relationship.

In this case, the contractual relationship will cease to exist, provided there are no outstanding accounts or debts in the USER's name. 5.2 Changes will not apply to selections, commitments, and acquisitions already initiated at the time of publication of such changes. For these, the previous version of the Terms of Use will apply.

USER OBLIGATIONS
